Manna and Mercy

MANNA AND MERCY is an 8 week study of the Bible from Genesis to Revelation in process now till April 7 at  8:45 am on Sunday mornings.  This class is a part of the Adult Faith Formation classes.  This session is based on the book titled  Manna and Mercy: A brief History of God’s Unfolding Promise to Mend the Entire Universe, by Daniel Erlander. It is a kind of graphic comic in its layout and easy to read. Each week there will be suggested reading, which you may or may not choose to do. If you choose to do the readings, you will get a good sense of the major themes of the Bible–major concepts such as Jubilee, Shalom, Hesed–and the human story of how the Bible came together to become the book we have today.
